Consortium Museum - Centre d'art Contemporain

Le Consortium is managed by the association le Coin du Miroir and was rewarded the label ‘art centre’ in 1982. In the renovated and extended building of more than 4000 m2, designed by the Japanese architect Shigeru Ban (Pritzker Price 2014) and his French assistant Jean de Gastines, temporary exhibition are being held every year since 2011. The objectives of the art centre are that of the production and exhibition of contemporary works of art, the enrichment of public heritage, and the promotion, spreading and education of art and the thinking about art today.

Wednesday to Sunday from 2pm to 6pm and until 8pm on Fridays (free admission from 5pm to 8pm on Fridays). Closed on public holidays, 24 and 31 December 2022. Guided tours (no reservation required) on Friday at 6.30pm, Saturday and Sunday at 4pm. The Anna Sanders Films screening room is open every Friday from 5pm to 8pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm to 6pm. From Wednesday 25 January to Friday 9 March 2023, the ground floor of the Consortium Museum is closed to the public for the installation of the next exhibitions. During this period, the bookshop and the exhibition "French Selection: Part II" are open to the public and admission is free.
