Go for a walk in the truffle patch to see them working with their dogs, taste the many truffle products they make with local artisans, listen to their stories and anecdotes about their job, let yourself be tempted by their recipes and their good food. "Discovering the Burgundy truffle" activities Here you will be able to attend a truffle hunting demonstration with our dogs, have full explanations about the truffle and its environment, taste our truffle products and enjoy an “All Truffle” lunch cooked by us, get culinary advice and discover our “Truffle and Wine Pairings” workshops. The Or des Valois shop Throughout the year, our shop offers a wide range of truffle products and accessories dedicated to truffles. Among the delicacies, new gourmet specialties created by l'Or des Valois such as the famous Ratatruffe, the Burgundy Truffle Mustard, and most recently the parsley ham with Burgundy Truffle called "Truffillé". Our products are created in partnership with local artisans. Sale of fresh truffles in season (Summer Truffles from May to September and Burgundy Truffles from September to December).
